Constructions/Boxes
My way into art was through the modern artists - Picasso, Braque, Klee, Duchamp. One of the early innovations of the modernists was the literal insertion of the everyday world into the picture plane. It was a short step from there to creating constructions and the like from what comes to ones hands, regardless of the source. I offer the following in their spirit.
