San Miguel de Allende/San Agustinillo, Mexico

These painting were created during my time in Mexico, either in San Miguel or San Agustinillo. For one reason or another they were not in any of the major shows I had there, but that does not mean they were not worthy exhibition. Many of them are watercolors, partly because oils refused to dry down on the beach, prompting a media change. But also because I was developing my own proficiency in the medium for the sake of the watercolor workshops I taught on the beach.

These few works are a bit more expressionist. But I wanted to include them here to give a broader idea of my stylistic range in those days.
